At Ellorie Jewels, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Custom Orders:

Each item is individually made and finished by hand, therefore no two items will be identical and small imperfections may be visible but this is what makes everything unique and beautiful. 

Resin takes between 1-4 day after pouring to cure so it can be handled for sanding, edging and top coating. This process will take a further couple days before the items can be packaged and shipped to ensure a safe arrival to you! Please bear this in mind if you require an item for a certain date, please contact me first so i can guarantee i can have it made, finished and delivered in time. (please note smaller items such as keyrings do not require as long, these can be made and posted within 3 - 4 days)

Refunds / Returns

No refunds given

All items are photographed to ensure you know what you are ordering, i do not edit out any imperfections. If you are unhappy with an item then i will be more than happy to exchange or re-make it once it has been returned unused. The cost of return postage will be covered by myself. 

After Care:

All home accessories will come with an after care sheet, this is to ensure they are looked after correctly and can prolong their shine and use life, this will include: when they were made, or if they have undergone their full 30 day curing period. How to clean them, if they are suitable for usage with hot cups etc! 

Its is essential to follow these as using these incorrectly can cause damage or make the items unusable. If you are unsure or require advice, please contact me with further questions. 

Resin

I use clear epoxy resin to create beautiful items which are miniature pieces of art but also with functional purposes. The resin i use is heat resistance, once it has undergone a prolonged curing period. Light scratches will occur due to general use but these should wipe out with a soft cloth. 

Use with hot cups

You may find during the first week or so of use (after the full curing period - see your after-care sheet) that the cups may stick to the coasters, this is caused due to the high shine finish, however you will find that this will subside quickly. 

Buff the coasters with a soft cloth to take out any marks which may occur. The coasters have been finished with rubber feet to ensure they do not cause any surface scratches to your tables or furniture.
